GRACE!! You need to try a lash lift!! It's something you get done at a salon or beauty salon it's semi permanent normally lasts a couple of weeks and just lifts and curls your lashes just like a manual lash curler but it lasts a couple of weeks!! You could get an eyelash perm! It's a semi permanent treatment that curls your eyelashes :)

As far as I know, clear mascara is a thing. So maybe that would help you to keep your lashes in place and curled, without the darkness of normal mascara, if you can find a clear one :)

Mascara hack - use a dark brown mascara, put one coat on, then take a spoolie and brush it out. It will look much more natural. :)

Try some clear mascara Grace! I use it for my eyebrows and they stay in place all day, and when I don’t want to wear a lot of makeup I put it on my lashes. No transfer onto the eyelids either. Win win!

Grace thank you so much for doing these videoes, before i found your account i used to look up to youtubers like tana mongoose and now i just wanna be like you and just bake for my family spread positivity and wear fancy pyjamas

You could try a heated eyelash curler (to reduce burn risk). Or a clear mascara. Or combine to two. Waterproof mascara is the best for holding a curl, you could apply that and comb it through with a spoolie to reduce the impact of the colour by (because I think they only come in coloured). If you fancy the least effort option you could have a lash lift but I’d recommend watching examples of people having that done cos you might not fancy it.

Grace for your the eyelashes - you can get what's called a lash lift where they basically just perm your lashes so they're semi-permanitely curled, lasts a few months and would achieve exactly what you're looking for! OR clear mascara for a cheaper non permanent alternative

grack i used to feel the same way as you about mascara. i think if you just play around and find a type you like and learn to apply it in a way you like you’ll like it more. you could also curl and use a clear mascara to hold it in place

There are clear mascaras, I know Maybelline makes one! Also try a volumizing formula of black mascara vs a lengthening, which looks like maybe what you used. Clinique has a great volumizing mascara, called the High Impact mascara. I’ve used it for years, you can go more natural with one coat or go bigger with multiple coats.

Theres clear mascara that is great if you don't want the dark look but still want the stay

U can use a clean mascara wand to brush over the eyelashes after applying mascara

They do make clear mascara. You can comb it through with a brush too

Heat up the eyelash curler with a hairdryer first and then use it. Of course, it's not good every day because of the heat damage - but if you're going 'out out', it works!

Hey Grace, since you don’t like black mascara, you should try a clear one. You are able to get the same effect without the darkness from the colour.
