I really wish Reva hadn't been made to stay in the carrier for 40 minutes. She and her friends were obviously distressed by the situation, as was clear by their constant attempts to free her. This is completely contrary to your mandate to provide the most stress-free experience possible to all cats in your care. As a loyal viewer of TK since it's beginning in 2013, I'm happy to say that this has not happened before. I trust you won't allow this to happen again. Thank you.

This feels very dramatic. The cats were curious about Reva being in the crate, but they were not in distress, nor were they attempting to free her - they were just doing what cats do when confronted with a new situation, which is exploring and testing boundaries. Reva became somewhat stressed towards the end, but only because the blankets had been removed. 40 minutes is not an extreme amount of time for a cat to remain in a carrier - it is similar to what she would experience for a vet visit. We don't know what was going on behind the scenes that day, but I trust TK to always put the cats first.
