Main driver behind hair growth is genetics & not products. To some extent diet is important too. My hair is thick & long (and very heavy). When I have a hairdresser appt, they book extra time for me. My hair has grown about 9 inches in 18 months. Time for a trim. Ps. I never apply oil to my hair & its still super strong & doesn't break. If you use heat to style your hair it will definitely damage it (even if you use heat protection products).

I have some tips specifically for hair as I mostly get complimented on my hair so I thought of sharing with you guys Tip 1: always oil ur hair once a week atleast the best oils are that work for almost all hair types mustard oil, Amla oil and Coconut oil (natural) Tips 2: Always braid your hair before going to bed as braids cause less friction Tip 3: always use a shirt to pat dry hair once you have washed your hair Tip 4: use hair mask once a week, hair mask includes egg, mayonnaise, curd, castor oil, cocunut oil and u can obviously include more if you guys want. Tip 5: wash your hair 2 to 3 times a week not more than that donot wash your hair everyday Tip 6: eat healthy food like vegetables and fruits they really promote hair growth Tip 7: Use less to no heat on hair and avoid hairstyles like bun and ponytails as they damage hair Tip 8: get a trim after every 6 months please avoid layers as it doesn’t really help when you are growing your hair All of them tips I gave are affordable and I have been following these tips for years it takes time but remain consistent and you guys will see results. It takes hard work to maintain hair but make it a part your routine. I have made alot of mistakes with hair and I have tested all of the above tips, I am no expert but they have worked for me ❤️

From someone who have used indulekha oil ,don't use this oil, it has caused me sivere hairfall rather than promoting hair growth. Maybe this oil doesn't suit me .
