So if CTR red and gravity are made of positive energy does that mean that they are particularly effective against curses and also any technique launched using Cursed energy . it also means that their are less effective against human bodies as raw rct cannot do damage to a sorcerer so a technique like red should do less damage but still is hella strong cause of its divergent nature.

Is it possible for an overly happy person to generate reversed curse energy by default? Like their inherent curse energy is positive in nature? And is it possible for curses like Mahito and Jogo to have a Curse Technique reversal ?

I don't think so, positive cursed energy isn't necessarily tied to positive emotions, IE happines doesn't generate it or anything. But who knows, maybe they would be more inclined to understanding the process or something. Also, seemingly no, it would be impossible for a Curse to have a CTR because they can't create positive cursed energy.
