Nice job and I like the baffling system with main chamber and smoker. I sent you a pic a while back of something like this and you said you were working on something like that and yours looks good. I really like that Santamaria grill,that's the holy grail every smoker should have to support the smoker,and a burner now build a griddle for it and your complete.

Allen, Thanks for all the great videos and advice. I have a question that perhaps you could address. I am building a 60 gal offset and thinking about two exhaust stack for the option of regular flow or rev. flow. Often when I cook it's just for the wife and myself so by adjusting the tuner plates and using the rev. stack I don't have to heat the whole chamber . Have you any advice or suggestions for doing this. Thanks God Bless Jesse

Hello Sir Tim from Omaha. Are u setting your welder by chart inside the lid of it for thickness of metal? I'm going to be using a Longevity welder on 110v with fluxcore to weld upa fire box for my vertical smoker. YEP we talked before but just getting to it. Been dealing with helping family first. Now back to welding 1/4 metal for fire box. Any suggestions greatly appreciated. Tim. Lost job company closed because of covid but some day hope to afford plasma. Which plasma do u use.
