Agreed! Super happy that we get this here! It was originally only going to be a one year limited release for the US with only 2 being allotted for each dealership. I do wish Audi gave us more, like the RSQ3 Sportback, RS4 Avant, etc.

This car truly is beast mode at pretty much everything. I would absolutely love to own one of these, but they're just so damn expensive... I was trying to talk my wife into getting this instead of her e-tron SUV, but clearly that never happened. 😢 It looks less stealthy, but when you put these things in red, they are drop dead gorgeous.

This is the unicorn. This is the car we were not supposed to get. Everyone wanted this to come over for many years. Problem is the price was higher than people thought it was gonna be. Amazing cars though. Like you said, it’s awesome at any price. Nothing like it.

Man o man what a car! Unfortunately these days cars are getting wayyy too complex for the techs to even understand how to fix these when they break. And yes these tech laden cars break earlier than later and will cost THOUSANDS of dollars to fix. Electronics are great until they're not!🤔🤫 Go watch a used car channel regarding Audi's. Lease is the way to go but you will still will be driving a loaner 10% of the time.🤪

This is beautiful combination of retro 80’s wagons I remembered like the volvos mixed with ultra modern RS audi. Children and passengers in general would enjoy this more than an SuV. Also, you wont roll over and kill them like in an suv, so that’s nice

Nice review. I have this car in black - recently gone to Litchfield in the UK for some performance tweaks. Overall I love the car! But somethings still do my head in - like the piano black mid section around the auto selector and cup holder etc. It just says "scratch me" and it is so easy to do, and when you do it you will be annoyed and disappointed you cannot polish it out ! / As for the B&O system - I do not think it is as good as the C7 RS6 (which I also had) - also I do not have the moving tweeters in my car so I am wondering if there is a B&O "light" and "full" B&O fitted to certain cars in certain regions? / Carbon ceramics may be cool (they are!). But as I keep my cars long term ( I did over 100,000 miles in my C7 RS6), I did not specify them as an option on my C8 (since discs and pads all around are about the price of a small family car in the UK !!).

I used to have a 2021 V60 Polestar Engineered. Not quite the same caliber or power as the RS6 Avant, but sitting in them back to back (I did not drive the RS6), I preferred the Volvo. Still with it being 4.7s to 60, thats plenty quick and I've seen far fewer V60's than RS6's.

What can't it do...60 miles to the gallon 🤣😎

On the climate control display, click on the seat to get the full setup of the seat :) You need to do a bit more clicking in these touch-screen vehicles because not everything is controlled by buttons anymore...sadly

This and the Mercedes AMG E 63s Estate are the best cars in the world.

Does this truly look and feel like a wagon Matt? Or is it merely a lowered crossover from across the pond? Seems rather large and bulbous for a wagon. Maybe even too tall but that could just be the camera angles. Almost makes this RS6 Avant look like the height of the old A6 Allroad (both interior and exterior). I think Audi could cut down the headroom for a more chopped-top, streamline looking wagon. Then again, everything seems to be oversized these days. Not to mention, we don't get very many wagons here in the US. So we don't really have the greatest scale of measurement. At least we are past the Griswold era of family station wagons. If you know - you know... Audi seems to walk a fine line between wagon, sportback, hatchback, coupe and lowered crossovers. That line has become rather blurred at this point. I just wish Audi would veer away from all the gloss piano black across their entire lineup. Looks great in theory but poor in application. Also not a fan of this new gauge cluster to a lesser extent. The dual staging tree affect that animates in the _opposite_ direction is off-putting. Plus that division symbol for the tach is awkward to say the least. Otherwise, this is yet another top notch offering from the Audi RS model line. Stay classy my friend.
