The business class hard product of Bamboo Airways looks really solid right off the bat and hope to see them start flying to more destinations soon. Another great review as always and still feel sorry for you about your previous Singapore Airlines review. I am a Singaporean myself and fly on Singapore Airlines rather frequently and must say on some days the crew were amazing (even in economy) and some days the crew were rather mediocre and lacklustre. Keep up the good work and look forward to watching more reviews on your channel!

Great Review Josh, I've been a fan of aviation in Vietnam , my third flight in my life was on Vietnam Airlines Yak-40. I'm glad that Bamboo is offering a bushiness class to rival Vietnamese Airlines. domestically if you wanted a bushiness class your choice was just Vietnam Airlines (which to be fair wasn't that bad its just the only choice domestically and the price reflected that) when Bamboo Airlines launched I assumed its going to be another vietjet but looks like they are going to be a real challenger to the monopoly

I had a great first experience with bamboo on their A321 from Da Nang to Saigon. I was expecting a budget airline experience since the price was 32€ but ended up having a great flight! Amazing crew, a snack and a small water bottle, plenty of legroom and a USB charging port which I badly needed at the time 😁 Way to go Bamboo👍🇻🇳

First impressions of Bamboo Airways look pretty good though this is just the review for business class, and given that it's still a new airline, only time will tell how good this airline will be! BTW, I'm a Singaporean (not that it actually matters?) that has been watching your videos since last year. Just wanted to let you know that though I do disagree with your opinions sometimes (including "that video" haha),I still enjoy the content posted! Everyone is entitled to their own opinions whether it's contentious or not, anyway. As in Vietnam, we could use both hands and cutlery to eat Spring rolls. Anyways, amazing video! Bamboo is defined to be one of the best airlines in Vietnam, even rivals to the national carrier Vietnam Airlines. They are the best bang in the buck.

I would say they are off to a good start. Everything seems nice and fresh from the cabin interior to the food service. If they keep this up, they will be successful !

If you don't khow,the airline has just been 1 year old.Bamboo Airways took their first flight at 16/01/2019 and they have their first wide-body airplane just a few months ago.I love their crew member and their livery and I hope that I could fly in its 787-9 soon.All the way,thank you so much for reporting your trip in our country's Airline again.

Thanks Josh for this comprehensive and rather enthusiastic review on Bamboo Airlines which shows what is Asian hospitality (I think many other airlines, in Europe and elsewhere, could learn from them). I was in Vietnam last March and used VN between Hanoi and SGN, and as I had been impressed by Vietnam Airlines 3 week ago for this reason, I selected again VN. When expecting the boarding at Hanoi Airport, I spotted Bamboo airlines aircraft, but thought it as a cheap local low-cost airline. You make change my mind, as my flight in economy with VN aboard a 787-9 was very disappointing. Crew not welcoming, service at minimum , no earphones while inflight video was working, and no attention to safety, I mean not even checking if belts where fastened (a passenger not far from me was sleeping and travelled all the way without belt, no crew took care).... I don't mention the online reservation system which went down, later in SGN, and obliged me to go to VN office to secure my reservation to BKK... At least mixed feelings on Vietnam Airlines !

What a beautiful welcoming all the FA were .. the feel cozy factor is very important for the airlines and this one is thumbs up all the way ... The business class seat it has is very similar to the business class of VA68/69 virgin airlines Australia running from AU & Hong Kong! It's fancy and I like there is a foldable handrail of the seat, which allows you more space when you turned your seat flat......

Woww its great to see that Bamboo Airways has greatly improved with the introduction of its 787s. Despite I'm from Hanoi I haven't had the opportunity to fly on these wide-bodies. However I tried their A321neos from Nha Trang to Hanoi in business and services were great. The interior of Bamboo's 787 is outstanding compared to Vietnam Airlines. Hope you can fly on this aircraft again as Bamboo prepares to launch a nonstop service between Hanoi and Prague in April ;)))
