Love her collectors portrait but the Phoenix transformation portrait with the fire neck thing is a turn off. They could showed her phoenix transformation better. Wish they modernize her Phoenix outfit but I know it’s supposed to be in with the 90s

Terrific and thorough review. Loved this piece after seeing it at NYCC. I agree 💯 the best feature on this statue is that portrait.

Thanks very much. I will have a review of XM Cyclops later this year...but, with the borders shut down at the moment, who knows when that could happen.

Bmutha Reviews I think the SS cyclops is perfection... lots of people I think compared it too much to XM but the Jim Lee accuracy and right of amount of detail like the Jean Grey is what makes it so perfect for me

OMG dude u just said what I was think about this statue. I'm just going to get the collectors portrait , the Phoenix one kind of suck with the neck fire thinng . Not really a fan of her but the face is amazing. btw I also pre-ordered Cheetara without knowing it's the same sculptor . And been adding a lot his work into my wishlist without knowing . Now if I can only get chun-li battle dress statue at a reasonable price.

@@StatueBossProductions Nah only interested in female figures. Got say West does faces and female athletic body very well. I love the dent in the hips too and the legs sculpt he does

Dude.....when I first saw pics of her Xclusive portrait I was not a fan of it but I pre ordered it anyway cause I really liked the collectors portrait. When my piece arrived and I put it together with the Xclusive portrait......I left it on. Pictures didn't do it justice. Simple piece but gorgeous 💯

@@StatueBossProductions I just received Jean, her head doesn't line up with her back . Yours show no seams at all at (5:01). Mine show a noticeable seam like the one of the pictures on sideshow website. Looks like QC is not up par

@@m.a.cm.a.c9308 Well, I think the EX portrait is supposed to be the Phoenix flames, so orange. The pink flames on the base, I believe are a symbol of her powers, often shown as pink in the comics. I agree, they clash with each other a bit.
