【REVIEW】MiJing ZH01 | Face ID Truedepth Repair Kit 2023

Күн бұрынThe most common issue with Face ID is often attributed to the dot projector, also referred to as the Lattice. In iOS, it is recognized as the TrueDepth Camera. If you see the error is saying TrueDepth camera is failed, then high chance it's the dot projector failed.
In this video, I will be reviewing a repair kit from MiJing. Unlike previous methods, this repair technique eliminates the need for any soldering. It is designed to be beginner-friendly, making it accessible to those with limited experience.

Nice work my master. I got the adapter for the jc. So far is ok but all the ribbon is encrypted to theirs box only.

Why does it fail in the first place? if the tag on flex can fool the software doesn’t that mean the dor projector is not bad? or the dot projector is not needed for face id?

The fuse inside the dot projector is broken.

If you’re saying dot projector, no. The part itself is encrypted and paired with motherboard.
