Proposed secondary purpose: Armed ammo carrier. Can use it to drive to a ammo storage base, someone will load in a drum, drive it back to you, you take off the drum/mag to use it, and send it back with empty mags/drums!!!

I think hasbro saw everyone putting the 35 round drum on their terra scouts (I know I do/did) and were like: "Wow, if ever there were a time to re release the 35 round drum... it would have been then" and then they realised the power of reskins and did it anyway!

Hey Coop, usually like your vids but dont usually take time for comments, just wanted to say these videos basically solved the only real nerf issue i ever had, which is the question of which ones are actually worth their price tag once performance and other things have been factored in. Usually cant do that without buying it myself so thanks!

If I chose not to use the drone simply in lieu of myself to spot and attack enemies or defend a position, I would have a lot of fun using this in a support role. Perhaps as part of a Rhino-Fire crew, I could position the drone as the first line of defence for the flanks and rear with myself as the last line whilst staying to help with the rest of the crew; cover a blind spot in the Rhino's line of fire; drive the drone around to lure and divert enemies into the kill zone; scout ahead to secure a new position to move the Rhino to; and use it as a mobile ammo carrier. In a support role without a Rhino crew I can simply hunker down with a basic blaster and lots of mags and dart pouches and ferry ammunition to teammates in need; whom could attach their empties to the drone for me to collect, refill and return so that they can shed useless plastic and not have to refill while under attack. Of course I could do all that without the drone, but it gives me the option to not run around getting shot at, or help teammates with the drone and in person simultaneously... plus it's more tacticool.

The internal barrel pitch mechanism uses two push switches to tell it to stop turning the gear so when it's all the way up or down the buttons are pressed. This means the springs in them can degrade if you store it with the barrel all the way up or down so it's best to keep it in the middle.

If only you could control the terrascout with your phone

The reason for the delay in the feed is the fact that the live feature is facilitated by wifi fpv, a considerably old way to transmit video. You could pretty easily outfit it with a 5.8 mhz analog system, would break compatibility with the dinky little controller screen but you could get a 5.8 compatible fpv screen for 30 dollars give or take. Dunno if anyone in foam sports cares about that, but I can't stand wifi fpv lag and this little thing seems just fast enough for it to make a pretty big difference

I kinda want to buy one just for the Raider drum. But it's a lot of money. So I'm not going to.

You should have tested the weight each one can pull, and put some hills on the racetrack for more accurate testing.

I want one of these detached from the RC mechanism. I imagine it'd be like machine guns used in tanks, where when captured one has to convert it so a person can operate it like a standard firearm, with a grip and trigger. Somebody being able to watch a live feed of your own blaster would be cool.

I got the Terrascout Recon and it’s awesome in nerf wars. I put a 50 round Drum Mag (goes in Elite Titan) and it works well.

I think the Sling attachment is nice so you can carry it around and use it through a corner whilst being chased without being shot, or to use it it, as the name says, as a Scouting tool. Its called TerraScout for a reason.

There are so many ways to make new game modes about the TerraScout. For example: *Drone Escort* Players are divided into two teams. Only one randomly selected player is allowed to control the drone. Let's call him "The Scientist". He has the controller. One team hides the scientist and the other team must try to to find and rescue him. Rescue team finds the drone at their base and the scientist has to *guide* his team to his position. (Directly giving away your exact position is forbidden.) The hostage can only communicate via a walkie-talkie taped to the drone. The enemies may have also found a walkie-talkie, so they might be listening in... Rescue team members are allowed to carry and reload the drone, but may not control it. Communication with the scientist is needed to use the drone effectively as a weapon. After the rescue team has found the hostage they must escort him back to the base. If the rescue team does not secure the scientist within the time limit, enemy team wins. That'd be fun, right?

I had this in a Nerf war and when my friend thought he was winning and then I controlled this to go round the corner and about 95% of the darts hit him.

Idea 1. Rino blaster is used as a turret and triple nemisis turret is in a higher position. Door is like a curtain that can be pulled up for entry from the inside. And maybe projectile collection using alot of reacrive targets.

Oh and the ram gard witch is just adorable
