Thank you Danielle for your reviews. We watched it too. It’s the first Christmas without her Mom, it must be hard for her. Maybe doing this project was her way of honoring her Mom and Grandfather, and giving to the fans, while dealing with her grief.

I'm a lifelong Elvis fan (66 years) and really enjoyed the Elvis Christmas special that Riley produced. Danielle I admire the close relationship you have with your grandparents. Glad you're doing well and at home after your surgery.

Would like to add that for me, being your grandparents age, as someone who has loved Elvis for so long, just about anything on Elvis gets me teary eyed. Danielle, you are so lovely, and seem like a really sweet person. Great video, very enjoyable hearing about your life. Thank you for being so honest and forthright about your life. My son raised his son from an early age and my grandson seldom sees his mother. She doesn’t even call him on his birthday, but he’s never had any doubts his daddy loves him. You should go see it Danielle, it's really so full of family history. I think you'd like it. Especially. the meditation garden. I loved the show, proud of Riley making it her own, being such a gracious hostess at the house. It was sweet. I had only heard of a couple artists, but I thoroughly enjoyed them all. Good for her! The EP projections were such a great surprise, beautiful. Very creative.

Great video; no need to be apologizing for it not being your grandparents. You're a part of their family and we know how much you do to help them tell their Elvis stories.

I have to say something because it would just bother me if I didn't. I truly, truly think your grandparents and your dad need to go back one more time before anything happens to them. I think it would be good for them and it would be so special for you and Laney to be with them and hear them talk about their experiences on the ground of Graceland. I would love to see your family all go together and maybe record your thoughts, if possible. I just think it would be so very special for all of you. ♥️ Much love to all.

I think Riley is doing your family proud for sure. I’m sure Elvis and Lisa Marie are smiling in Heaven. It’s a great thing for Elvis’ legacy and Graceland. The Christmas Special was fantastic and the mansion looked beautiful. You do really need to go back and visit it was a must see place for me and I’ve been there twice. I can only imagine how special it would be for you to go inside with the history behind all of it. I can’t wait to go back again. I hope they do the special every year, it was very enjoyable and entertaining.

I enjoyed this video very much. I like hearing about your thoughts, feelings, and opinions along with hearing about Billy and Jo's. You are living a unique position as the grand daughter to Elvis' favorite extended family member and his wife who both lived with him for many years and you are very much allowed to feel and be honored by being in your position and you have every right to speak on it with stories and feelings.

I live only 5 miles from Graceland and started to go watch from the gates last night but I wanted to see Riley live. When she came on I bawled, just because she has the weight of the Elvis world on her shoulders and she must have felt her Mom right with her! She did a great job!! I stayed to the end. I have followed Riley for years and I agree I thought she and the team did a great job too. It was high class and so thoughtful. I kept thinking how beautiful that a grandbaby of Elvis is getting to honor him in this way. I followed Ben also. Every morning I couldn't wait to see what his thoughts were. So the morning he didn't post was his last day. Ben was an excellent writer. He was so gifted in it that I hoped he would write songs, although I never expressed that to him. So when you mentioned Laneys writing skills I instantly thought of him and Laney having that in common. Much respect to you and your family. I totally agree about the pictures of Priscilla being too much. I even said that last night as I was watching it. I would have liked it better if they had only shown pictures of Elvis, his parents, and Lisa only. They were the ones who truly loved Graceland.

Danielle you are so precious. I grew up about the same way as you. My Daddy got custody and my Grandmother, who was one of the best people I have ever known lived next door. I feel the same way as you. I had a great life and I thank God for my Daddy and Grandparents. I never felt that I missed out on anything.

Hello Danielle, missed Jo and Billy ❤. I loved the Christmas at Graceland special. I feel Reily created a beautiful show for everyone of all ages to watch and to enjoy. My favorites were Lana Del Rey, I didn't know who she was until last night. I loved her emotion as she put it "channeling of Elvis". I loved Kacey Musgraves performance was very moving. Then at the end she drove off in the pink Cadillac was moving. I feel everyone was respectful to the memory of Elvis. I love how Reily opened the front door and led us through the house. I enjoyed the go cart ride with post Malone, John Legends performance in the Chapel was special. Kane Brown in the barn, everything was so moving. Laney Wilson driving into the Gates of Graceland with the Christmas tree on top of the car. There was so much creative energy and respectfullness for the home, Gladys and Vernon Presley. I wish more pictures of LisaMarie were shown too.I didn't know what to expect but I wasn't disappointed. I was to Graceland 1993, I was determined to get there, I did make it ❤🙏. Someday I hope to get back to visit Graceland again. So much has changed since '93. My post is lengthy, ❤ but Merry Christmas to all of you🙏❤️🎶⚡️

Thank you for all you do, Danielle, in helping your grandparents make the videos. I appreciate your answering personal questions and telling us about your life. I did wonder who Dakota was and how he fit into your life! I do respect your grandparents. I have been a life long Elvis fan of 66 years. I know how close Elvis was to Billy and Jo. I know he was with him the day he died. Your Nanny and PaPa are the ones I believe when they tell stories about Elvis. I know it is coning from the horse's mouth. I can see how much they loved him; like Linda Thomson says of true fans, "We and your grandparents loved and love Elvis as the superstar he was, but we allow him to be human also, with human quirks and faults. None of that takes away from the wonderfully talented and kind human being he was. I appreciate all the loyalty and support they gave Elvis. I did enjoy the Christmas special, and am personally glad that Riley, rather than Priscilla, is in charge of Graceland. The music was good; I think the best performer was John Legend. Some of them, while good, just showed again, how great Elvis was, because when they did his songs, of course, it was not as good as Elvis, It just showed how unique Elvis' voice was. It was good to see Graceland decorated for Christmas. Thanks again for all you do in helping your grandparents tell their stories.

I raised 3 girls by myself. My parents were there for us. Nice to know some of your history. You turned out great. You are a gem! I love how you and your grandparents interact. Your daughter sounds like she's got a lot of focus on her graphic arts. You are a proud momma!

My parents divorced when I was a baby and my daddy raised me too, with the help of my grandparents before they passed away when I was a small child. So I can completely understand where you are coming from. Makes me have a new appreciation for your daddy for raising you. Ain’t nothing like “Deddy’s girls”. 😊 My favorite was Lainey Wilson, she has Elvis’ style of entertaining. But they all were great! I agree with not needing to see so much Priscilla, but I’ll take baby steps. Hopefully your family and Ginger will be invited back before too long.

Absolutely loved the Christmas at Graceland special. Was very impressed. Was a great selection of performers too. Loved it. I hear you on the Priscilla inclusion and I thought about it last night too. At first I winced and rolled my eyes, but then I thought about it from Riley and the girls perspective. The memory of Graceland for them will always primarily be of Priscilla. They never knew Elvis. Graceland was always a museum where their Grandmother brought them a few times a year. Where their mother had difficult and sad memories, and where this man that was revered and supposedly their grandfather but they never new, used to live. Whether we want to accept it or not, Elvis had a daughter with Priscilla and although they divorced, Priscilla is the matriarch of that family now and Riley seems to respect her position as such. She wouldn’t be alive otherwise. So I get it. But yes I still disagree with her being buried at Graceland. That’s way to far. You don’t need to spent eternal rest alongside your ex. 😅

The older people get the more they miss those that they loved who have passed before them. The old memories are more vivid than the new ones. Just take care of them and be by them as long as you can. I held my parents when they passed away. I'm glad I was there when that happened. I miss them every day. They had good long life's.

Thanks Danielle. Being an Aussie I’m thankful for KZfaq for putting on the Christmas at Graceland. I enjoyed it. I think Riley tried to honour her grandparents and great grandparents along with her mum. It would be have been an emotional experience for her too. Sadly I wasn’t able to have a close relationship with my father’s family. My grandfather had passed away before I was born and my grandmother was in her early eighties when I was born (I was the youngest grandchild my grandmother knew, a very large family.). Luckily my mother’s parents were close to us and we had a loving relationship.

Great to hear how close you are to your family. Although my grandparents were gone when I was a child, I was very close to my parents. These days, I’m not so lucky. Overall, I thought the TV special was beautifully produced. Watching these current celebrities perform his songs, only confirmed his special greatness. To me this was especially demonstrated by the, “If I Can Dream”, performance. “War and Treaty”, did what they do I guess, but I’m really not sure they really got the expression of the song right. My favorite performance was by John Legend at Elvis’s piano. Thank you so much for sharing! You are an amazing granddaughter, and daughter. Elvis would love ya!🙏❤️

you, your grandparents, and your dad are the kindest and most generous people, i'm so glad i found your channel(s). i'm a '68 baby like Lisa, daughter of an Elvis fan (and an Elvis fan myself obviously!). and my uncle -- my dad's TWIN brother -- was a Vegas era Elvis fan as Unc spent a lot of time there after his own divorce. i really like the Christmas at Graceland special, i think Riley did a great job and i think this bodes well for the future. i imagine this was very hard for her to do considering Riley's losses the past few years, but i think this special would have made Lisa and Elvis proud? i can't imagine how bittersweet it is for your family, but i hope the special brought you some hope for Graceland's future and Elvis's legacy in Riley's hands! (if this becomes an annual event, perhaps Riley won't have to be as diplomatic about including her grandmother...) otherwise it seems like she's firmly taking the reins in the right direction! kudos to her. she seemed confident but a bit shy/sad too, so good for Riley for accomplishing this and for bringing back joy to Graceland and for perhaps rewriting her own bittersweet associations with it. and again, i hope with time, Riley's efforts align more with your family's feelings too. i loved the performances BUT i can't believe John Legend performed a John Lennon song in ELVIS'S HOUSE on HIS piano! i know he wanted to make a statement about current events and i like the song otherwise, but YES, it should have been an Elvis song!!! absolutely the wrong song for this special Elvis/Graceland event. I really liked Riley opening the door and saying Welcome to Graceland. I thought Riley did a great job and Riley made a very smart decision not to have Precilla there because she always wants to be in the limelight. I would have liked to see Riley driving Elvis' pink Cadillac. I think maybe she was thinking about Lisa Marie and decided to drive a golf cart.

I actually liked hearing about you, I didn't know your dad raised you. It reminds me of my son becoming a dad at seventeen and fighting for joint custody, he got it and him and the mom ended up co-parenting pretty well. Laney is so funny when she's on the video. I stuck around for the whole video.
