Video was helpful but the best part is where you say you didn't get what you thought but with everything going on, you're doing ok and not going to complain. Says a ton about you!

I stopped at your video because it appeared you have the same items in your pasta maker that I do. I was confused by some other videos that talked about selecting one or two batches and having two measuring cups. With this model, besides the single measuring cup, it appears that the machine now only runs for three minutes whether a single or double batch. Just mixed my first batch and haven't even cooked it yet. I used 200 grams of semolina flour and 50 grams of all-purpose flour. Thank you for your detailed and easy-to-follow advice. Bon appetite!

I just got my pasta extruded as well ... as I often made pasta sheets (and cut linguine and tagliatelle) ... I mainly Got this unit to be able to do semolina based Duram pasta. I neat thing I found was to substitute wine for extra water in pasta - a lovely Chardonnay and an egg, made the nicest flavour. Add in some chopped parsley - and you had a wonderful pasta for seafood

I got mine recently, really like it but how I wish they have the feature to make the pasta thinner for lasagna. overall pretty easy to use

You're so lucky! My first time was unsuccessful. The dough was too wet. I followed the instructions and ingredients. I'll try again tomorrow!

mariavolpe be careful. There are two liquid lines. One is for a single batch and the other for a double.

@@theculinaryshutin9490 thank you. :) I did the double batch and used my measuring cups to level out 2 cups of flour. Did you use 2 eggs and water up to the line?

@@mariavolpe Hello ! I can see your question was a year ago so I am sure you will have mastered this by now ! It took me a few turns to get really great pasta. I always use 2 eggs plus water for 500g flour.

I made my first 1 cup batch yesterday and was okay, then tried the 2 cup with the higher measure and it stopped before the 3 minutes and was all clogged up in a stiff dough, not sure what I did wrong. Paula from Tassie.

i have the item H 2375 /15 , the rotation, and extrusion speed slow down, even the noodles come out , in very slow rate ....what shall I do

Marker 5:40 so you mentioned pulling your hair back and then next frames were a close up of hair NOT pulled back. Around food please pull the hair back... now that I've vented I bet you pulled it back in the next shots! The curse of OCDC.
