I fly TAP regularly and have never had a bad flight. Even when they have overbooked the flight, they’ve always made it right in the end. I absolutely love them.

My hometown airport is Dulles, and I'm happy to see TAP will serve us with an A321neo, retiring their old A330-200s for this route.

I flew TAP Miami to Barcelona via Lisbon in economy, best flight ever! Great food and wine, very comfortable cabin and a super smooth landing. I'd definitely use them again!

I flew business class with them last week and I was very lucky to snatch the upgrade :-) they looked after me and I notice the engine sounds was very low, so it's not that loud. I enjoy the cabin crew, who looked after me being a nervous flyer. I also managed to sleep like 5 hours too. Pro tip if you fly economy on tap, get the first rows as you have more leg rooms. I also love they provide USB charging in every class unlike Lufthansa, which has no sockets (yet) Thanks a lot for the video - so glad you enjoyed the video :)

The Airbus NEOs are my new favourite family of airliners. Great acceleration down the runway on takeoff and a very fast climb to cruising altitude, on my experience on an A320 NEO.

I've heard that this plane has a feature where the pilot can control it! Wish Boeing thought of that, max would be less crashy.

I enjoyed this video immensely. I loved the colors and thought the food was presented very well. Keep them coming.

Love Lisbon and TAP is pretty good in C...flew them once to Sao Paulo in Biz...ca. 10 years ago when this route was still operated on A340...I remember not all their crew was good in English 😉 but it was a lovely flight and the food was decent...would fly them anytime again!

It’s nice how the business class seat appears to properly aligns with the windows ie two windows for each row.

Just a bit of a tip Paul (and I’m not sure you’ll read this): But next time you’re recording the narration, sit just a little bit further away from your microphone. My rule of thumb is: Spread out your hand and out your little finger to the microphone. You should be sitting no closer that where your thumb is stretched, touching your nose to the thumb. And if you’re using a professional microphone, get a Pop filter as well This will eliminate a lot of the reverberation people, will have when listening to your trip reports on headphones or earbuds 😊

Lisboa is one of my favorite places. Years ago there was and old B707 from one of the equatorial African countries parked and slowly deteriorating at the airport. On my last visit several years ago it was gone. I believe that it was the presidential plane of an African dictator who got out while the getting out was good, but the airplane was never repatriated and slowly rotted.

Those prices are insanely competitive for a 1-2-1 product!

For European standards, TAP is an excellent airline and trumps many of its European competitors, including British airways, at least in my opinion.

Like the content in this one less about food more about the actual flight 👍

TAP also recently began A321neo service from Washington Dulles to Lisbon, which I'm eager to try. Looks like a great business class product!

I love TAP! And SFO is the logical choice given their potential access to United's transfer network out of there. I plan on doing a trip report on their Chicago-Lisbon service soon. Cheers! - Red

Any in-flight entertainment that has the LOTR trilogy is a winner in my opinion. When I flew to and from Canada, I had the LOTR trilogy, all the Matrix and Harry Potter films to chose from. I was spoilt for choice!

That seems to be a great product, especially at those prices. That is what a Prem Econ ticket would cost from mainland EU to SFO on many carriers.

Just booked LHR - EWR via LIS on TAP in business return and only £1300 each in business. Booked this on the strength of your review and that of others Paul. Flying out on 330-900 & back on 321-LR and booked their “throne” seats on that leg. Only bad point is we’re not going till August so 7 months to wait 😢😢😢

I believe I flew that exact Euro Atlantic Airways plane that's just barely in the shot at 0:33 earlier this year. Funny to see it.

Just flew the A330-900neo business class on their NY to Lisbon route! (vid on our channel) Though our ticket wasn't free like yours, was still a good price of $600 total :) We booked economy for $180 and then bid for an upgrade. Have you bid for business class on any of your flights? (ended up being a better deal for us that way)
