from my view it will be better because the best part that I like was the adjustment given and there are around 20+ exercise so if he is not able to do 1 or 2 or 5 exercise then there are other exercise that he can do and in long term it is good as he/she will grown up then also children can use but still I will say that its 50-50 for under 12 because as I said may children not able to do 1 or 2 or even 5 exercise at this age , thank you so much alpesh trivedi
