We used to do this in our gym... Starting this from today... Will update weekly.. My target is for one month.. My diet is as follows ( morning one egg dosa/one chapati with one egg etc afternoon one katori rice fish fry sabji ( two katoris) sambar / rasam etc evening coffee, some snacks night two rotis or salad
