I mean, it has helped me a lot. Most of the time I would turn over the ball but when I started using the silent ball I didnt really have to look down anymore and passed 2 people in a tight spot, and proceeded to get the bucket, thats when I knew it helped

@@leanneleonard3649 yes its gonna help a lot. Even if you dont actually get better at dribbling cs the ball is pretty different from a normal ball, you can still learn footwork for new moves and creative ways to finish. Its helped be get much better handles though

I actually have this, and i would say the only positive is that you can practice dribbling low, because for me the bounce doesn't replicate a regular basketball. Another thing is that it's made out of foam.

@@qwrtzpop4910 I thought so too at first but I kept seeing TikTok's about it so I gave it a shot, actually responds well and you can treat it like a basketball even on carpet. Have to pound the ball slightly more than a regular one but that should be obvious since it's a lighter material. Can do all sorts of moves i'd do with a regular ball though and it feels good, definitely would recommend for the winter months

I have this ball and it’s really good for dribbling on wood because it’s silent in wood then carpet but otherwise it’s a really good toy to buy. FYI is a foam ball and not really good for shooting far range
