Thanks again, you must be reading my mind. My vaulter went from 3.15 to 3.45m this past weekend. It was incredible. He is on a 12' 150lb pole. He is swinging past the bottom hand but not the top hand. Got some work to do.

Loving these reviews, thanks - please keep them coming! In many ways I find these far more helpful for my own vaulting than just watching the pros compete, making it all look far too easy.

Great content but I was wondering how I can get my pole clearance better. Like how can I jump higher then the grip of my pole

Bit too much “tapping”. Would be good to see what the vaulter is doing with their own generated momentum

I don't use the tap in my coaching but It can be a good tool. Glen uses it well in his system and gets results!

@@TeamHootPoleVault Same here. Just seems like I am seeing and hearing about it more. Just the Kevin Dare incident. It has been 22 years but very fresh in my mind.
