18:44 most stage actors have an understudy to fill in for the role if they're sick or preoccupied. Although not all plays do (especially with a lower budget) I know in the episode Akane mentioned that a lot of the actors in the play would be busy with other things during rehearsal. From experience, we had one actor (who had a major role) skip on a lot of rehearsals and the whole cast, director and stage manager were getting PISSED cuz of how much of a time crunch we were in and couldn't afford to waste any time. We had Six weeks to fully memorize the play and choreo (with each rehearsal only being around 80 minutes, in comparison, Tokyo Blade in the anime was only a month of rehearsal but of course they had 7-8 hours to rehearse.) The play was about an hour longer than a musical we had done a few months earlier which had months of rehearsal time in comparison. I dunno how we pulled it off but the show went great, in the episode they said actors hate losing and I can relate to that cuz we locked tf in despite all the challenges during rehearsals. Having read the arc and actually being in a play enhanced my enjoyability of the arc tbh. 19:30 u let that shit hang there's no other valid way 💀💀
