The POWs were not nicely treated by the Vietnamese in the same sense the pedestrians in Britain did not treat the dropped pilots of the luftwafe well! My point is the US media must not single out the Vietnamese treatment of war captives as horrific, while forgetting they were the aggressors, and they tortured the vietnamese who were struggling for the liberation of their country from any imperial-colonial influence!

I know that not telling things isn´t lying ... but the effect is the same. At first we can ask why McCain was flying there, it was not to drop food or flowers. The second telling at 00:46 about not showing the tortures.. this is such a disgusting statement...that prison was used for a long time by the French, the guillotine, all the torture cells and materials was a gift of the French after using it intensive to torture the Vietnamese. So the suggestion of Jarred that this torturing was something invented by the Vietnamese to torture the Americans is leaving away a lot of essential information...and that makes his story dirty. And he also didn't mentioned that the American planes were bombing Ha Noi, people, citizen, old people, children were killed and in the in the middle of the winter people's houses were destroyed so they had no place to sleep or to eat. Yes, and when one of the planes comes down, I think everybody can understand that the people were not celebrating their visit. In many countries the pilot would never have survived. So this report is incredible disgusting showing that Jared Dillingham nothing has learned from McCain. McCain came back and did his best to restore the relations. He was the one who was tortured, we could understand that he would have hated the Vietnamese for the rest of his life but he didn't.
