ironic how a Car version of the Proximity Grenade Launcher is arguably one of the best explosives ever now imo. Always loved it though, vivid memories of playing Creative with Insta Reload and spraying it on people.

Grenades: it fixed nade stacking but the grenade without nade stacking was already so hard to use, if it subtracted time when hitting the wall/floor only after the first time (kinda like the Grenade Launcher rn but nerfed) with 60-75 damage it would be so much better and nade stacking wouldnt be an issue, increasing the time to explode would also help a bit Bottle Rockets: nice concept but bad implication, i saw this as a rush utility where you can force a player to hide behind cover while you rush safely or a pressure tool in general but it was slow and the radius was too small where you can just rotate sideways to avoid it, if it locked onto a player (in a box or not) it would help a lot more, the damage could do work too Big Chill: agree, should do damage to player though shouldnt to the user as it should also be a rotation item Guided Missile: hasnt been back in ages but it should just get a speed, turn and massive damage buff (currently 74/77 💀), would basically make it a heavier rocket launcher as it’ll always be harder to hit since you gotta control it Edit: forgot to continue it Recycler: doesnt even recycle player build builds and is extremely slow, when doing a custom balance i had to buff it a LOT which says something.. Proximity Grenade Launcher: the bad part is it only explodes nearby as u said should explode in general no matter how much builds is between them and yes should be faster grenade travel so it’s good long ranged compared to the Rocket Launcher Proximity Mine: basically weird C4, no clue how to balance other than what i said about the Proximity Grenade Launcher

Calling the guided missile a bad explosive is crazyyyyy Especially because you can just cancel the rocket to use it as a normal launcher

The proximity mine isn't the best, despite doing 50 damage, tracking the enemy, and dealing damage through walls. However, it's still a fun item to use in creative modes. It pairs well with the Snowman. Back in Ch2 of Red vs Blue, I used to make a spawn trap for when enemies used the launch pad. I would make a box with one proximity mine in the middle and two snowballs next to it. That setup dealt about 210 damage in total, so it was quite effective. Does the Snowman's snowball count as an explosive?

More people play ZB than build (even before resurgence 50% of the time) so they could totally add back the guided missile, boost its movement speed and it’d be aight for this season.

How is the big chill bad because it doesn't do any damage? The shockwave launcher and the icy grappler aren't considered bad, so I don't understand the logic.

explosives (along with snipers) have been THE most nerfed weapon class in Fortnite. As he touches on, the launcher item projectiles have gotten so slow over the years and power crept by increasingly quick movement options.

Proximity Grenade Launcher is unironically one of my favorite weapons to date. Granted its kinda... meh. It's better in Zero Build for sure. Not related in the slightest but my friends and I have a little 1v1 Kit-based arena type of creative map, and the Proximity launcher is just way too good on its own, being able to use pre-fixed terrain and chip away around corners while no other kit can is an absurd strength to get over.

prox mines were super good if you used them like fresh did, if you stack them on someones builds it will hit them as soon as the wall is broken and will mark them too. def way better than anything else on this list

The best thing about the proxy grenade launcher is that you can still double pump it

so i'm a new player to this game, love your videos since i love learning about fortnites history and regretting i didn't play sooner, but wouldn't proximity mines be very good when you first land and start looting? nothing to hold onto but the ability to have them watch your back and then if they're in a position to, chase down and finish them while marked seems valuable. Not a great weapon, not something you carry to end game, but it feels valuable enough that it shouldn't be on a worst of all time list. Again I started playing last season I have very little experience, that's just my read.

Is the proximity grenade is bad remote explosive is usseles. You ACTUALLY need to camp by it to use it properly. The prox. gren. atleast is useful on a POI scale like you throw it down and loot up and if someone triggers it you can immedietly go fight them.
