My school district doesn't have a lot of money, so a lot of the models you see in the video are still being used by the fleet

Because it was not permitted to be kept running? Even alternative-fuel busses have a limited service life; it drives Joint Forces Base Andrews buggy - as over HALF their on-base bus fleet is CNG-powered; they do their own conversions on-base, too.
