ive been taking a high dose of spirulina for years it doesnt contain collagen but it does promote it as does my at home red light therapy light im just trying to boost or make up any deficit thatmy body this season of my life is no longer producing

if you want to zero out supplement you dont like try adding powdered fruits you like to it or add to a juice you like or give to a sista who will use it

Have you tried fasting to get the benefit of increased human growth hormones and autophagy and reduced inflammation? Could dehydration be part of the problem and could you get the same benefits with a tin of sardines every day? My sister asked me to get some revive collagen and I thought it sounded a bit gimmicky but then I thought if it would help her then I would look into it but there are some cheaper options out there.
