This old Soviet era stuff from central Europe you've mentioned was already sent to Ukrainians early in the war. I know my country has emptied all our storages of old Soviet era weaponry and sent them all to Ukraine shortly after the war started, as did our neighbors. Now the storages are empty, unfortunately.

why? - Crimea was on a lease and had own independant parliament who conducted legit elections and votes about this and that. Its been like that since the 90s Crimea is 100 % legit russia, seen in recent time and centuries back. They haven't reclaimed ANYTHING. You're being ridiculous. They can't retake what they've lost. Lugansk and Donetsk will be part of Russia or fully independent Republics with strong defenses soon. Odessa is likely lost too. What you probably don't realize is most "Russian" forces on the front lines in the Donbass region currently are local Lugansk and Donetsk forces (and they're still making advances, supported by heavy Russian artillery). Most of the regular Russian forces were pulled back from the line to rest and reconstitute. Russia is preparing a major offensive and, unlike the fantasy Ukrainian "million man" offensive in the south, Russia's will actually happen. Ukraine will lose the entire Donbas and also Odessa. They'll be lucky if Russia allows them any future access to the Black Sea whatsoever. Ukraine may be landlocked.
