I just have a suggestion - I noticed you used coco lumber for the framing of the second floor - make sure the frames are treated against termite infestation. Termites are everywhere and I have seen entire houses crumble because of them. If the frame hasn't been treated then treat the soil surrounding your house just to be sure.

Landscaping will complete your house. Hope you put a nice colorful garden around it.

Tal... Can you transport a window air conditioner on its side? Do not place the unit on its side or upside down. This placement could cause damage to the mounting of the compressor. If on its side or back for more than a day, leave it in an upright position and unplugged for 24 hours.

I think the old AC wont be energy efficient and you will be paying more on your electric bill. You will break even if you just invested on an inverter type unit which consumes less energy and lower electric bill. Solar if you can afford it will be the best in Siargao island with a battery backup. They sell it online or you can pickup one in Surigao or CDO.

I enjoy watching your house rebuilding. I prefer cement or any other material not the galvanized steel. Have it painted white will look classy!!!! You could also add an outdoor gazebo too so you can enjoy having your meals there with friends

Could you explain in next vlog why the windows are small and so few? Did you really intend it to have less natural light coming from windows so you would need to use electricity even during day time or is it because you want it be AC powered all day and so its better to have few windows to keep the cooling locked in? Feels like it would be too hot there when there is power outage since theres not much outdoor air and wind that can get in. Just curious and concerned, no offense meant.
