There's no fixing that roof. The base material itself is so thin that you can poke a hole through it just by stepping on it. Get a higher quality roof with a much thicker gauge to cover the roof with an additional layer, and have a professional crew install it. Also, get the fridge away from the oven. The heat will cause problems with your fridge. Your fridge and oven are also too close to the edge of your covered area. Rain with a bit of slight gust would cause rain to blow in at an angle. Have a plastic tarp cover your fridge and oven. Speaking of rain, you need a roof over your water pump motor, and cover up the wiring. Rain will short circuit that. We have a deep well, and had a cage with a roof installed over it so that it won't get damaged. Love your vlogs! Keep at it. You'll get everything set right eventually. EDIT: You need a roof for your chicken fence. They can "fly" high enough to go over such a low fence. I saw becoming filipino make a very high fence, and their chickens still managed to fly over it. They had to make a roof cage to cover it up.

Hi Tal, Ithink you should replace your roof with a color coated roof - it's more reliable compared to the roof sheets that you purchased. Have a reliable and trusted contractor to check everything in your house, im sure there's a lot of them around Siargao or you could ask your friends that owns a house who constructed their house for them and try to contact their contractors so that you can have an ease of mind doing the repairs.

You can fix your uneven floor cement with self leveling cement .Go to hardware and buy a self leveling cement Just mix it with water and pour it , it will find its way to level the floor cement .

There are some things you did I’m questioning. #1 How are you going to protect your stove and fridge from storms? #2 Having the stove may cause heat issues when next to the fridge. The fridge may get damage. Just put the fridge inside the house. And please, please… hire an engineer to look at your roof! Do not spend on anything else until you get that roof fixed!

I could see nipa on top of galvanized roofing material. It means moisture from rain doesn’t completely drain but stays for sometime that eventually leaks somewhere. I suggest you consult with a reputable Architect with good track record on how to fix your leaky roof.

Did you have a drip issue before you installed air conditioning? The water issue could be caused by condensation rather than an actual hole or leak. The air con makes the ceiling colder than air outside. warm moist air condenses on the cold ceiling (from the other side) then soaks through and drips. I would recommend keeping the air con off for a while and see if the water issue continues. Maybe use a fan instead.

Tal just bring another person to work for your roofing sealed your entire roof not just one area where the leakage is, you might have to wash acold water before putting egg the freezer don’t take a chance with the salmonella bacteria your house looking good it looks like the bright side of you in your house. Buddy, they did not install the hatch roof properly, you should just have installed a metal roof with 0.5 min thickness. Also the metal cladding for the wall is not installed properly. Your fridge will get wet if it rains also and don't put it near the stove.

try to apply "butyl waterproof self-adhesive membrane" for the ordinary roof it's like a huge water-resistant sticker that prevents leakage ~•~ the other solution is to use "color roof" choose the expensive ones because they're storm-resistant dealers of "color roof" employ an engineer that oversees the roof installation (so as to avoid any leaking issues) ~•~ btw, never place refrigerator near the oven it's like yin & yang the refrigerator may catch fire from the oven so, place the ref inside the house away from the oven and away from the acid rain also, refrigerator is a heavy electricity consumer that's why i do not own a ref, except for the aircon

You need to install a roofing drip edge on the high part of your roof, i guaranteed it will stop your leaking problem...

You can put the oven in a portable wooden stand about 2inches because ones it's wet it will be rusty soon. Likewise, with your ref. Those 2 should not be placed directly on the floor

You need to treat the wood with ant and termite repellant. If not you will have damage to the wood in short time, especially since its outdoors and exposed to humidity and rain. Stalignam mixed 50/50 with diesel fuel is what another youtuber uses there by applying two coats to all wood surfaces.and has not had any issues.
