omar el-hajj The New 52 run literally ended with Joker's biggest plot yet taking a major toll on all of Gotham including Bruce. He needs a break after that. Joker is at his best when used sparingly and when he's got a big plot up his sleeve. He'll be back in the main book soon enough but some of Batman's other villains need time to shine as well. Having Terry fight him in the meantime is a good substitute though as he is also Batman.

H. W However the reason Beyond works so well is because he has associates but not sidekicks. He's still inexperienced and not only that he's still particularly young (as far as I know). It just wouldn't go well. It's like the same thing with spiderman.

ya know. with arkham knight being the last of the arkham games.... ....and with bruce waynes batman "dead" i think rocksteady should start the next chapter: batman beyond. years after his "death" bruce wayne assumes a false identity and goes into hiding. as an old man, in solitude. but then theres the rise of the jokerz, and a familiar scene plays. a young terry mcginnes stumbles into the batcave - where bruce and alfred were both in hiding, alive and well. thus begins the new chapter in the arkham series: batman: arkham beyond

well he would have to have come in contact with the jokerz. i am thinking that he tries to hide in the ruins of wayne manor but accidently falls into the remains of the batcave, where an elderly bruce wayne is a bit more eager to help train a new batman with the rise of crime in his city and wayne enterprises bought out by powers.

supersmashbro596 I think i would prefer, first, a game kind of like tdkr, with an older Bruce Wayne returning because if some big threat and dies at the end. then they should move on to a "Battle for the Cowl" type story where you can play as multiple batfamily members trying to use the batmantle to fit see through their ideology or preserve Bruce's, THEN it would be cool for a beyond continuation.

I love the fact that Terry is kind of like a brooding Spider Man. Bad jokes, up attitude and sound pretty chill. I would love to have him in the normal continuity, just for a little while, to fight along side the original Justice League and be all fun and shit.

The images used when "The Janitor" took a crowbar to Terminal is the exact same as they used when the joker took a crowbar to Jason Todd in "A Death in the Family" story line. From the initial hit to his back through the six boxes underneath.

The best alternate version of Batman! Seriously, what's not to like? Also, return of the Joker? That's my favourite animated Batman movie! (I know this is completely different, but it's cool to see a retelling of that awesome story)
