As a younger dude, I was a teen when GTA San Andreas released. Finding out a few years after that MC Eiht was the voice of Ryder, I went and look him up. I was amazed! And so that game put me on MC Eiht. Huge props.

How many people know that Eiht had a small cameo in Boyz In The Hood?! The back yard scene when Tre first walked in the backyard. He can be seen in the background talking to a girl, and again when everybody was getting ready to eat. You can see him in the crowd with a wife beater, a basball cap with the number 8 and a jheri curl saying "god damn."

This is probably the best interview I’ve seen on KZfaq. Noriega tailored that beautifully, respecting and giving Eiht boundaries that he would set for himself and not speaking on the Quik situation, which Eiht ended discussing himself. That was real N right there. That Suge situation was hard because he promised respect on Eihts mother while letting men handle what the got to handle. We all know about that beef with the brothers but nobody talks about it out of RESPECT.

I'm in the East coaster but I'll never forget, I wrote my first rap to a MC Eight song. I bought the entire album because he had a song with a Redman. And I just remembered how much I love that album. R E S P E C T I'm going to watch this tomorrow or the next day.
