When I saw this palette, I got really excited - but my excitement quickly went away. It looks like a mix of Birds of Paradise, Rainbow (halloween palette), and Good Vibes palette with a bit of Clueless sprinkled in 😂 Why do they make shimmers the darkest colors? I know there's a matt black, but come on, why shimmers dark? Great review as always ❤!

Love the exterior packaging 🦋 I have the soft butterfly and love the pastels in that but like you said, I feel like I already have this one in another forever flawless! Very pretty though 🤩💖🌈

Have you tried a silicone applicator or one of those sponge applicators for the putty shimmers? I also am not a fan of that formula from any brand. It is just too difficult to work with if you're using a brush. The look came out super pretty, though!

Honestly no I haven’t tried I imagine it would work better! I just want the shimmers to be easy to use 🤣

@@makeupwithalixkate i don't blame you! Things should just work without having to put too much effort in. It kind of takes away from the experience if you have to work and work to get something to do what it's meant to.

@@makeupwithalixkatelive in the US and we have a store here named the Dollar Tree. Everything used to be $1 but recently went up to $1.25....inflation lol...but anyway I get a pack of 50 of those little applicators for $1.25. they definitely come in handy for hard to work with shimmers. I thought this eye look was super pretty. I can't buy anything new right now but I own the Birds of Paradise palette so I'm going to try to recreate this look/something similar with that. thx for the inspo!
