The Revolution™ tire changer with WalkAway™ operation features 80-seconds of autonomous bead breaking and demounting that can be performed without an operator present, reducing tire changing and balancing times by 25%+ and increasing shop capacity.
Revolution™ with WalkAway™ operation will be available for order as a new system or as an upgrade for current Revolution™ users soon.

Our shop has had this machine for 2 weeks and so far it has broken 5 tpms sensors, the hunter representative also broke a sensor while giving a demonstration in front of a bunch of Tech's.

Either something wrong with the machine or you're doing something wrong I've used this machine never failed until it broke down 😂 a lot of maintenance for these

We got ours about a month ago and it's been great. Has not broken one sensor.

When dismounting a tire position the valve just before, and under the duckhead. A sensor will smash if you don't position it relative to the drop-center. When mounting, position the valve stem/sensor opposite to the duckhead.

I see it works really well on modern low profile tires, will it also be similarly effective with higher profile truck tires, like say a common 275 70 17? I haven't been able to find any videos showing it do anything but these sportier tire sizes.

I see it works great for non TPMS, but where are the videos w/ sensors?

Please request a live demo, or check out other videos of our Revolution tire changer in action, because there are plenty of references to TPMS sensors. Also, telling the machine where the sensor is, is the second step, right after clamping.

@@thorn- Right, my PR for 4 tires starting from lifting up and ending with all 4 torqued is 19 mins.

Che stronzata. Nemmeno io con uno smontagomme super scrauso ci metto più di 3 minuti per smontare e rimontare uno pneumatico. Ma per piacere.
