This chest to the sky concept in the backswing can easily lead to a reverse spine angle. This should be mentioned as it is a very common swing flaw to look out for.

This is a true concept. Well done. The "you peaked and that's why you topped a ball" is very true and overtime sends the wrong message. I started a few months ago to work with my coach on rotation which for amateurs like me can be problematic since when we have been playing golf we most likely hit it with our arms from our first swing ever. Kids are better at 10 than amateurs like me because they learn from very young to use their body and not theirs arms. This is a great video.
