The problem with using a heating mat, is by the time you've got the phone in the tool, the screen has cooled down a lot. With a tool like that that secures the phone in place, a heat gun is better I think.

Hi, as the heating pad applies even heating, the screen will not cool down as long as you start separating the screen once the heating is done.

For a screen with minor cracks that don’t bulge, you can apply tape to the crack screen for separation.

This tool may not be ideal for cracked screens though 🤔

For cracked screen, you need to apply tape on the cracked glass firstly.

The time it takes to heat up with the mat then put it in to the tool and then start to twist you can do one phone a day 🤣 alcohol a heat plate and razor blade is all that’s needed
