Lao is REALLY mid tier in this game imo. Also I consider him one of the most fun characters to play in this game, and I would put him more in the good section with how hard it is for some characters to deal with buzz hat.

Been maining him since launch. Probably not top 5 but he can win any matchup. Most of his shit is fake but if you're in somebody's head enough and playing insane it actually works on people. Just can't let the other player breathe. Definitely not a carry character in ranked, which I actually appreciate. I know that if I beat somebody, I actually beat them and wasn't carried by some bullshit.

@@harlequindex7489 about that any matchup thing, I don’t think he can beat Shang almost at all, he does decently against every other character minimum (maybe jade also a bit of a struggle) but against Shang he really struggles

Fax I actually do lose to Shangs pretty often. Jade players tend to be braindead so it's a rare one that actually plays her advantages on me.
