I don't have the Envoy, but I do have the Rex Ambassador. The Ambassador is my favorite razor for a one pass shave with a lot of growth, it's spectacular. I used my Ambassador last night on setting 6 and it removed two weeks of growth easily. Using an aggressive razor only one pass is a fast efficient way to shave.

To be honest, I didn't give it enough time to get used to it the Envoy aggressiveness is probably a 3 setting on the ambassador 👍

@@ChadShaves The Ambassador just took me some time to get used to really. I am typically a fan of mild to medium razors and a three pass shave. However, once I became proficient with the Ambassador I started to enjoy the once or twice a week one pass shave with the Rex. It is much quicker shaving that way and is also irritation free.

I have the Envoy and also tried different blades; I find the German Wilkensen Sword blades work well as a medium sharp option.

Rex Envoy is supposed to be setting no3 on the Ambassador...while you were over in Hamburg, I hope the Boy from the Black Country showed everyone how to Drink...
