Great shave. I’m a daily shaver and have the Ambassador. Definitely not a daily shaver razor. Superb razor though!

Great shave. When I first got into wet shaving, I saw a Geo FatBoy video where he gave that tip about pulling the skin over when you shave your Adams apple. Would love to try one of the Rex razors, but due to my vision being so bad, I am unable to see the numbers on an adjustment dial, so I would definitely need to get one of their non-adjustables.

Recently purchased an Envoy and it has turned into my favorite razor. I shave every couple of days and for that it’s perfect. Agree in that it gives me the closest and longest lasting BBS results. Also really great in lining up my beard as well. Very clean lines

I'm actually very surprised you gave up on the Konsul. It's a much smoother razor than the Ambassador.

Surprised you didn’t like the Konsul better just seeing your preferences. Glad you found what you liked though. I kept the Konsul but sold the ambassador. I thought the blade feel was higher than the net efficiency. Have a good one.

Yea, I liked the Konsul when I tried Scott's when they first came out, but when I bought one later it just didnt work for me. Kept getting irritation and weepers for no reason.

@@jonathandavis2419 Latherhog had similar issue awhile back. I believe it was suspected blade loading that went wrong which led to blade misalignments. Once he fixed that his shaves were good. Not sure if you checked it. My only gripe about it is the heavier weight. It’s like thors hammer. :). I have the XL Konsul because the balance is better to me. If only Matt would make a Titanium although it would be high cost.

@@RonnieYates i didn't have any issues with blade loading, I had it for many months with multiple re attempts before I decided it wasn't for me. Definitely wasn't a hasty decision.
