It is a useless entity. I thought about contacting them after police won't help me as they have already gulped bribery to my dismay. I let the thought of contacting them run through me, but then nothing works in Kenya so expelled the thought. It is a broken system where the brutal and slightly lettered individuals rule over many educated. Everything is hard esp getting government services (you have to part with a little cash or wait for two to three years or longer before your application is processed). Never felt so low and desperate in Kenya. We must make politics unattractive (cap the salary for Mps and secretaries). This culture of it is time to eat must stop.
