I've had my rexton reach hearing aids for 2 weeks now and I absolutely love them. No problems what so ever. Costco is the absolute best.

So, I had my hearing test today at Costco. I went to Costco after doing a lot of research. Your videos convinced me to go to Costco. My hearing aid specialist recommended the Rexton. I wrote it outside the test room while I was checking out. I was amazed at the difference when I took them off. I'll get my pair in about a week. Thanks for the service you're providing!

I would love to see a comparison video of Rexton Reach and Jabra Enhance Pro 20. You have great Jabra videos but only early videos of the Rexton Reach. A side by side compare would be helpful when deciding which of these to purchase.

Tried them out and all I can say is that they are AMAZING! They had three pairs in stock, but only had the rose gold, so I had to order a different color and have to wait until July 3 to get them. I also lucked out with my KS10's being only 14 days from being out of warranty, so they went out for replacement. I'll have a fresh pair of KS10's as well as a great new pair of Reach HA's. Thanks for the reviews! The fitters were absolutely amazed that I actually knew as much about the Reach than they did. They hadn't even fired up the Rexton software, until I told them that I wanted to try them. $1,549.99 in California.

@@HearingClub Two things that really suck: 1.) You can't stream your computer audio to them via Bluetooth, like you can with the KS10's and 2.) You actually have to push a button to answer a call, instead of just tapping your ear with the KS10's.

I’ve had trouble with the bluetooth connection to my Pixel 7a phone. I usually have to reconnect 2-4 times a day and that goes for the Rexton Assist as well. A few times in the last 2 months I’ve had to uninstall and reinstall the app because Assist simply disappears. I also have it connected to my IPad and so far the connection is flawless. It’s disappointing to have these connection issues with the phone as the ability to stream is fantastic when working correctly. I’m thinking of switching to an iPhone if I can’t get it worked out. Otherwise, they work well for me.

Hey Brian, a month ago, my right Rexton BiCore aid died on me (it was as if it wouldn't turn on, no sound at all, even with a full charge). Unfortunately this was about 3 weeks after my 6-month return policy ran out. They replaced the receiver, and that seemed to do the trick, and the right aid worked great for about a month. NOW, just today as I write this, the right aid has died again! I'm about to call my Costco for an appointment to see what to do next, but I had a question for you. If they want to try replacing the entire right aid this time around, now that the Reach is out, would they replace my BiCores with the Reach? Or do you think Costco keeps a stash of the previous generation model (the BiCore) for warranty replacements? Ive seen your video on the Reach and I'd love to go with those if I could. Thanks!

I'm from Brazil, and I go to the US once a year. The prices here are very expensive (around two times comparing to CostCo products). Would you consider buy a hearing aid in the US? My concern is about the services these hearing aids require. Can you comment on this? Thanks in advance. And congrats for your channel. I have learned a lot from it.

It’s going to be a problem if you run into issues. But yes, you can purchase a pair in the us and then go back to Brazil

Is there a way to stream audio (from youtube or fb videos) to Rexton Reach to my android phone without ourchasing a smart mic?

Do these have bluetooth connectivity problems with Android phones? Or have new LE blutooth versions solved the problems? Is the Reach totally hands free with answering phone calls or do you still need to answer calls with the Android phone do callers can hear you? My KS9s work perfect with connectivity and my Samsung 23+ phone calls. Just waiting to upgrade when these issues with LE bluetooth get resolved. Thanks.

These are way too new to know. We need to fit lots of them and see what happens. Like I said in the video, I’ll gather all the feedback and I’ll have an answer when I have enough information.

I have exactly the same hearing aid , ks9s, and exactly the same question…. I was recommended several months ago the jabras but I’m reluctant..I did hear that android 15 is rolling out to phones (other than the pixel) nov-dec this year and will have Bluetooth le audio, so that should help with compatibility with le audio aids. The ks9s use classic Bluetooth which seem to work well with android but phonak is no longer sold at Costco.

I do know but I’m not allowed to say anything. It got me in big trouble last time I predicted when a new hearing aid came out. While I work for Costco, I have to be very careful about what I say. If you guys want to band together and financially support me lol, I’ll have the freedom to say whatever I want!

thanks for your response. I do know a lot of people on KZfaq make money by linking items to Amazon relating to what you are talking about maybe you can try something like that apparently they make a lot of money off of it. also even if they don't buy your item if they go through your link you'll still get a percentage off of it if they buy something like a big screen TV. all your videos are very informative and very helpful. thanks a lot Keith

As far as I know they’re working. This takes time to monitor and figure out. It’s not like you just ask a couple people how they’re doing after a week or 2. It’s gonna take time.

I ordered a set of Rexton Reach today and was wondering of a desk top charger was available for them. I know they come with the travel charger but I need a 2nd charger for use when I overnight in our boat. Is the Bicore charger the same as the Reach?

Right this second… Jabra 100%. I won’t know about the Rexton until I receive enough feedback from my patients. I’ve had problems in the past with Rexton and I need to know that these issues have been resolved. The ONLY reason I have been fitting the Rextons recently is because of the experience “I had” when testing these out. The Rextons sound amazing! I’m really hoping they work out. But I know with certainty that the Jabra’s work and they work GREAT! Ask me this question in 3 months.

I tried the Rexton Reach and every step I took they made a thump plus there was feedback. They put a bigger ear piece on them that was uncomfortable and didn’t correct the issues. The hearing aid person at Costco said a different pair wouldn’t correct the problem. Doesn’t that sound like BS ?

I’d really have to be there and see what’s going on. Do you have wax build up, is it the right type of dome, how big are your canals, etc… sometimes Jabra’s cause feedback for someone but then I try Philips and it’s fine. It depends. Sometimes brand A just doesn’t work as well as brand B with a particular person. It’s really hard to say without being there.

You don’t need it, it’s not an update for the hearing aid, it’s for the fitting software. If your hearing aid works fine, just keep using it. You’re good

I was on the way out of Costco for a 2 hour Rexton Reach Trial. Every step I took there was a thumping sound. I went back and talked to them. There was also feedback. I asked if they ordered another pair for me to try if I’d have the same results & was told most likely. They gave me the largest domes and there was still feedback. I ended up taking Jabra enhanced pro 20s. I liked them but still would like the Rexton Reach. Is it really possible I’d have a thump with another pair? How do the Rexton Reach and Jabra Enhanced Pro 20s compare for high frequency loss. I’m really upset about all of this.

Well my friend, I’m sorry to hear that. All of the hearing aids at Costco have the same fitting range and capabilities as far as low frequency loss, high frequency loss etc… so my answer is, they both work well with high frequency loss.

I have a appointment for a hearing test at Costco on July 3rd and plan on ordering the Rexton Reach. Costco online as of 6-24 only shows the Rexton BiCore. Can anyone verify if the Rexton Reach is available in the store? And will it come with one or two chargers?

I have a hearing test scheduled for tomorrow and hope to order Rexton Reach. I got TruHearing 7 Premium using my Medicare Advantage plan for about the same deductible cost as Costco charges for the Reach - but Costco includes two chargers and TruHearing only gave me the plugin charger. Will I be able to charge the TruHearing aids using the second Reach charging case when not plugged in?

I’m pretty sure you can. Trust me hearing uses a very vague naming system so I’m not sure which generation of hearing aid you have with them. If they fit in the reach charger and it lights up, which is the same charger as the older generation bi core, then yes, you should be good. 👍

@@HearingClub All my research indicates my TruHearing aids are the same as Signia Pure C&G 7iX, which is also what the Reach aids are. I just downloaded the Signia app and it found my TruHearing aids and has all the programs that my TruHearing app has - and in addition has Signia Assistant in place of the MyWellBeing screen. Another question is whether I risk voiding any warranties if I install the Noahlink I bought on Amazon and download appropriate fitting software to set up additional programs that my TruHearing tech or the Costco tech did not (I only have 3 programs on the TruHearing aids and I believe 6 is the max).

How does the firmware of the Bi core hearing aids get updated? How do i know if i have the latest version?

You update the firmware of the actual hearing aids in the fitting software. You would need to setup an appt and talk to your fitter. I’d have to see if there’s a way to see what firmware you currently have, I’m not sure

Costco will always use the Costco hearing test. We can look at outside tests to see if there have been any changes.

@@HearingClub I went into Costco today and got my hearing test. I was lucky they had a cancellation and I got in the same day I called. I am extremely pleased with the entire process at Costco. The person tested me thoroughly; took time to explain the process and the results at every step. In the end, he recommended the Phillips and Rexton hearing aids and discussed the pros and cons of each. In the end I decided to order the Rexton Reach. We scheduled the fitting a couple of weeks out. Thank you for the information you're publishing; you really helped me.

@@HearingClub I have called my Costco for a week and no one will answer or call me back. I called a further one away and ask them for a hearing test or appt if they could use my ent test and she told me she scheduled me to come talk about the models. does that mean this is absolutely a wasted appointment because they won't accept my audiogram from last month?
