Hello friends! Today I prepared an incredibly simple and beautiful recipe for Hungarian rolls. The dough turned out like a cloud! Nobody knows this trick with milk. Ingredients and recipe:
- All-purpose wheat flour 300 g
- Yeast 7 g (2 tsp)
- Sugar 1 tbsp.
1. Stir
- Warm milk 250 ml
- Egg yolk 2 pcs.
2. Mix with a whisk
- Salt 1/2 tsp.
3. Pour in milk with egg yolk
4. Mix well with a spatula
5. Add another 200-250 grams of flour
6. Knead the dough in a bowl for 1-2 minutes
7. Put the dough on the table and knead for 5-6 minutes

9. The dough should be smooth and not stick to your hands.
10. Grease a bowl with vegetable oil
11. Cover the dough with a towel and let it rest for 50-55 minutes
