Hello RFA, China said they didn't talk to CTA. Or never talk to again. They will only talk for dalai LAMA private matter.

It is futile to hope for any meaning dialogue with communist China! The Tibetan side has put too much emphasis on the wishful thinking of the good will from the Chinese communist Party. The CCP has no appetite to talk about Tibet or solve the issue of Tibet. It feels that they have no need to admit any Tibet issue other than what they crafted as the “personal issue of the Dalai Lama”. It has reduced the Tibet issue to the issue of Dalai Lama. The CCP has the hubris that it is firmly in control of Tibet and as per their propaganda, it is attempting to live up to their propaganda of having “liberated” Tibet. Tibetans should not take much from what the CCP says. It thrives in deception and it’s using deception to make the Tibetans hope against hope by dangling a carrot 🥕 to deceive the Tibetans! The CCP’s tactic is like the frog in the pan tactic. As the fire burns the heat is gradually simmering the water but the frog feels its nice and warm and doesn’t jump out. But as the heat intensifies, the frog realises, it’s too late. So, this is the Chinese tactic to destroy the Tibetan freedom struggle. If we can muster courage and put up a good fight, only then, the CCP will take notice and will be serious. TAKE IT FROM ME. THEY WILL TALK WITH KASHAG IF WE HAVE THE LEVERAGE! We saw this in Nepal. First they were supporting Nepali king Gyanandra against the Maoist insurgency. They even told the king, “we feel insulted that they are using the good name of our leader Mao”!!! But when the Maoist were gaining power, they immediately went on the side of the Maoist to talk to them!!! The CCP has no morals to speak of. FIGHT FOR TIBETAN INDEPENDENCE AND UNITE THE TIBETANS. DON’T EXPECT ANYTHING FROM THE CCP!
