Similarly these Central Asian republics were banned from even doing pilgrimage to Mecca. Soviets even forced their alphabets on them. The same thing happened to Muslims in China, Eritrea and Ethiopia. The US is doing the same to Latin America for instance Cuba and Venezuela. Russia even did this to Georgia and invaded them in 2008.

Yes, currently the Russian economy is facing a labor crisis between the needs of the war and the needs of the defense industrial complex. Millions of Central Asian guest workers are absolutely vital to keep the Russian economy going. If a certain number of migrants are driven out and others start thinking twice about going to Russia for work, then that would have an impact on Russia's economy and on the war as well.

Much much better off. My electricity bill With centralized ac is about 120 dollars a month. Heating almost the same. I have 3 cars. Not bragging just comparing the life in Russia and in here in US.
