I’m glad you enjoyed these games so much, Rhapsody is one of my favorite RPG series. One small note, not counting the puzzle and mahjong games, there is actually one other Marl Kingdom spin-off game that still hasn’t been released outside of Japan. It’s a PSP RPG called Antiphona no Seikahime: Tenshi no Score Op.A. It’s only tangibly related, and wasn’t that well received, but it is a part of the greater Rhapsody/Marl Kingdom universe we’re still missing in English.

I'm pretty excited for this. Rhapsody has always been a nostalgic favorite. I've been playing the first one again in preparation and it's just so dang charming.

What I loved about this series was it's pixel art similarities with the original Disgaea, Soul Nomad, Phantom Brave and other NIS titles. I really loved the era where companies like NIS and Square Enix had all the cool crossovers (Like seeing Gabriel Celeste in Valkyrie Profile and in Star Ocean!) between their titles. It's all so nostalgic!

You won me over at the first minute of the video, I'm in dire need of a more brighter and overall happy game, I gotta a feeling that I'm gonna love this game.

Angel's Present is the first NIS game to introduce to the 9999 lvl cap. I gave up over a decade ago that we'd ever get an English release. I'm still in disbelief that this is happening.

Really looking forward to getting all these games. I love light-hearted, funny JRPGs. Prinny vol 3 has been on my wishlist for a while now, so I need to make that a priority to get before it goes out of print. And then get this as soon as I can.

Have only played the 1st rhapsody but bought the this collection physically on switch,jus curious why does ledgem look the way he does in Rhapsody II? Is it like another of the same species or infant version of Ledgem?
