I would have stopped dead in my tracks if I had been lucky enough to pass her in the railway station. I wouldn't care if I missed my train. This is one of the best versions of Ave Maria I've heard. Even if it was performed in an acoustically compromised environment.

I have never seen singing an angel so beautiful. Definitively she touches the deepest fiber of the heart in a way so special that it mells not only the soul but also the heart and feelings. no words. I love her and her spectacular talent. God bless you today and always.

Also for me the best rendition of this song that I've ever come across. She does not only have an exceptional voice, but both she as well as the pianist really feel the emotions that the words convey and express them in their playing/singing. But not to forget, it comes from Schubert, who was able like no other to express feelings through his music.

I though for a moment this was not live, so unreal good ;-). But after contact with the video producer I realize this is a professional production. With Pien van Gerven casual walking by on this station and then spontaneous joining the piano..

That beautiful singer brought a little bit of peace to the people at the train stations with her amazing rendition of the Catholic hymn Ave Maria. That is what Christianity is really about - PEACE, if it is being followed correctly. Let's do it - all Christians!

Most beautiful both the piano and the vocals. I have commented on other sites like this. Where am I when these events happen? I do so love music like this. What a thrill it would be to be around when something random like this takes place or when someone is playing the piano and someone with other instruments comes along to accompany them...WOW!
