After the bridge inbound there the marker ashore for the turn in the bay then it's starboard out into the river. Mind you the Humber is worse with shifting sand banks; the charts change often as do the light buoys. Please show the old ferry slipway upstream from the 1st bridge, the beautiful building across the roar at the top pf the slip was the corporals mess, until an officer at the college got fed up checking the accounts and just stuffed them in a drawer. My father was ex Welsh Guards and when Chas Brand moved onto a sectioned off area of the college property to build the CEGB tunnel to carry extra cables. The college Sargent Major called by a bit of banter between then as the SM was also from Wales and we as a family were invited to the Sargent's mess on a Sat night. at 1s 3p a pint it was a great saving plus a Fish & Chip supper.
