from the genesis of this project its been a dream to have rhett and link on this show, so much of my internet presence and what i aim to do is really inspired by their thoughtful approach to streamlined silliness. they're kind of heroes of mine so this was surreal to film!!! thanks guys!!!!!!!!

I loved that Link mentioned how businesses will list themselves in relation to a religion. I once applied for a job that had an acronym for the business title on their application. Once hired, I found out that I now worked for “Christian Ladies Cleaning”. I once had a talkative client while I cleaned her house. She said how happy she was to find this Christian company to clean her home. Meanwhile I have always been agnostic. The cleaning company also decorated a toilet paper roll for thanksgiving and tied a bible verse to it, and left them in their client’s bathrooms. It felt very dishonest and disgusting to use a religion to gain the trust of clients. I worked there for about 2 months before I quit. It felt like we were taking advantage of people’s faith in god.

As somebody who still believes in Christ I absolutely agree with this. The amount of companies using Jesus as a form of marketing is disgusting. If you want to make a workout clothing line just make one, you don't have to put bible verses and crosses on all of them. It's just a way to target a certain audience and use their faith as a hook.
