I was also bothered by this, so I went online and did some quick -boop boopity boop- research and according to wiki, the pie was found to already exist in french cuisine as early as 1670. HOWEVER, if that was the case, then the crew should have just called it "pigeon pie" and not "Victorian pigeon pie".

My grandma told me she used to eat water pie during the depression. My great grandma owned a diner in a small Nebraska town, and would make it for the local farmers. My grandma passed away 2 years ago. So glad you included this pie. Made me think of her ❤️

I've been quietly reading comments about the animosity between them But this one kind of clicked some things somehow Rhett is going to therapy currently, I wonder if his doing so has anything to do with the growing tension between them; I noticed he's a significant instigator, I think he's aware, which is why he started seeing a professional. I worry he's become a narcissist, but respect *so* much that he's working on it. I've always adored him, I know he's got this. + + + +

If you watch good mythical more and their ear biscuits they are good with each other. And they’re more “intimate” in that they just sit and talk. Especially in ear biscuits, they’ve been really supportive of each other lately.
