To answer link on if kegel weights are used for anything: The pelvic muscles can become weakened, most often through age or pregnancy, which can cause incontinence issues. The weights help strengthen the pelvic floor again. Basically they help women not pee themselves.

@@darvulya I actually use a little lube around the opening and/or a tiny dot on the tampon (where I live we mostly don't use tampons with applicator) because without, it can feel too dry and hurt me.
