I did (artistic) gymnastics as a kid for like 3 years and Gymnasts Are Just Like That, it took over a decade before I stopped doing that & my yoga teacher would always have to correct me

@@yolandawu6000 I dunno, maybe if you get cheerfully bellowed at across half a gymnasium every time your foot leaves the ground unpointed four times a week at a formative age it sticks with you. We'd also get yelled at to squeeze our butts in front of the whole gym, too, but that took me a lot less time to unlearn XD

@@GothLobster fair enough, our studios are a lot smaller and the teachers yell loud enough to be heard over the 4 absolutely different styles of music so yea I started dance way back at 6 and have been yelled at about it a fair amount don't know why it still hasn't fully stuck on yet

@@yolandawu6000 different brains and different bodies pick things up differently ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I never got the hang of not arching my back/sticking my tummy out. Not having the status of my toe point being audible to a few dozen people was a pretty strong motivator for me personally though, ngl

to me the best choreographed exercises are Salos and Raffaeli, but i think Alina interprets her exercises the best

Dina is now the only rhythmic gymnast to ever win 4 All Around titles, not only that she beat the record of Kanaeva, Kudryavtseva and Petrova and is now the gymnast with most world titles. She would have won the olympic Gold if Linoy's ribbon hadn't been overscored and her ribbon underscored, but the judges decided to gift Linoy with the gold. But even with the olympic silver, after everything she achieved in this cycle, she proved that she is the best and no one can do what she does! Dina Averina is The Queen of RG 👑

that day was actually a simulation, in fact the real olympics did happen and salos won the podium in aa, she won all three spots

linoy isnt in the video bc the creator said that there isnt a lot of funny stuff or facts around her and some other currently active gymnast, thats the main reason they arent a part of this video

I don't see why it's disrespectul and unprofessional. The person who owns the channel has every right to make or make not a video of whoever gymnasts he/she wants. If you are bothered with Linoy's absence then create your own channel and start making videos about her. But speaking as someone who has been a fan of RG for 20 years I will always prefer watching russians, belarussians, ukrainians and bulgarians. And there are a lot of people like me, that's why it's just you and another person complaining about where is Linoy in the comments.

@@anonimi7062 so far Russia, Bulgaria, Ukraine and Belarus have produced 99% of the most talented gymnasts that ever existed in RG so I don’t know what you’re talking about. Without them this sport wouldn’t exist and they will always have my love and loyalty because of that.

@@HortenciaBLS I did not say that you should not appreciate Eastern European gymnasts, I myself like Averina's gymnastics, I said that you should not disqualify a gymnast in advance and underestimate her skills because she is from another country.
