I’ve never seen this single rib cook method but the end result sure looks delicious! I like the idea of having the entire surface of each rib cooked to perfection and the seasoning kinda gives each rib a crunch factor. Mmm mm delicious!

Marinade the ribs in beer and Italian dressing, (not creamy), and keep them in the marinade for hour. Pat the ribs dry and season with salt pepper. Put them in the grill while one side is cooking, mix beer, Italian dressing, and BBQ sauce, (your favorite) then after about 6 to 8 minutes flip the ribs over, and spread BBQ sauce on the cooked side. After each side put BBQ sauce on other side keep on flipping and putting sauce on until you get a think sauce on them and contour turning to your liking. That is ST. LOUIS Missouri’s bbq ribs.

Genuine question, but wouldn’t cooking them in the same grill/smoker transfer some of the flavour from one batch of ribs to the other batch? I know its efficient but I feel like in theory you would share flavours with each other not like thats a bad thing.
@GrillThisSmokeThat2 ай бұрын
I don’t think the flavors of the rubs would pass over but it’s possible I guess.
