I am truly inspired by how farmers in Thailand prepare their land for the next planting season. The use of machinery and innovative farming methods has advanced significantly compared to the manual labor that was once the major method. I'm now shifting my career from an IT Professional to become a farmer in the next couple of months. Greetings from the Philippines.

Sadly the rice field is no longer exist as the owner of the land took back the land for making houses. Those farmers left the area 7 months ago. Thanks for encouraging me. Good luck to you.

Very interesting, and shows the real life of these farmers. Very physical job ! but a lot is easier with tractors or harvesting machines, in comparison with 80 years ago. Maybe more captions would be useful, explaining the different steps of the process, but mainly, the video speaks by itself. Thanks for sharing

Thanks for the comment. In Thailand they have many kind of rice. The cheapest is about 25 baht for kilo and it can go up to 100 baht. you can convert Thai baht currency in your currency. See you again. I have subscribed to your channel.

It's a great video. But, I don't get it. What is so high-tech about the whole process that they can't use modern remote controlled machines that would do all that, without having anyone there? The people (farmer) could then just enjoy life. Where is this idea stuck (not feasible) ? Anyone, please do enlightened me.

Sadly in Thailand many farmers are very poor. They have to use buffalos or old machines. May be someday they will use latest remote control machine. Depends on which countries you are comparing with, if you compare it with example Japan then Thailand would be old school but if you compare example the Philippines then Thailand would have be high tech.

Not adopting spacing for plant to plant row to row better do that so that it creates aeration and lest pest attack and gives more yield
