She didn't put the food in your mouth and make you gain 200pd is not her problem is yours..I'm from where Santos is from plus our food is.not fating is very healthy and we cook from scratch everything fresh Idkwuta. False accusations I make her recipe & I'm not fat or gain no weight. Nice but a serious advice !! That white Maggie ( monosodium glutamate) is a killer in your kitchen. Get rid of it. That Maggie can raise your blood pressure and by the time you know it …… Please read about it and also consult your HCP. Thank you 🙏

Hi Sorry I did all that already & my doctor said am safe as long as it’s cooked & I don’t put a lot .my grandma ate that until she died 110yrs I’ll be fine
