Here is a flourless rich chocolate soufflé recipe that you can make for that special someone, or even to treat yourself. Ours, cracked on top because our baking dish's edge is curved out a bit, but if you bake in a ramekin it will do great! Plus nothing a little ganache and powder sugar can't fix.

Hi Ed! Unfortunately, soufflés are very finicky with time because it relies on the meringue to rise up. We recommend making the batter when you're ready to bake.
